We are committed to designing a new logo for you that will satisfy your business needs.

As you may have already realized, we're reluctant to make statements such us "full satisfaction guaranteed". Graphic design is not an exact science, so it's impossible to assure a final result, particularly before knowing the starting requirement. We don't think it is serious. Our guarantee is based in our commitment to working on your project.

In the unlikely event that you do not wish to continue with our service during the design process, we can offer refunds as follows:

At any time before requesting your first round of revisions, you can request to have all work stopped and your money refunded (less a $75 processing charge).

After sending our first round of revisions, there are no refunds available. Please notice that less that 2% of our customers make refund requests.
