& CONDITIONS
Ars Logo Design will begin the design process upon sending an order confirmation
to a client. The confirmation will be sent by email within 48 hours after
the order, thus assigning a designer and confirming the immediate start
of the project. The order will be confirmed only after receipt of completed
Order Form and authorization of the client’s credit card. The initial
logo ideas will be presented to the client by email within 2-3 working
days of assigned start date.
After receiving the client's feedback,
Ars Logo Design will proceed to the refinement stage. Results of each
revision phase will be presented to the client within 72 hours after the
client’s feedback for each phase. Once the client has approved the
logo, Ars Logo Design will proceed to the delivery phase. Within 48 hours
the client will receive the logo in a vector resizable format (Corel Draw's
.cdr or Adobe Illustrator's .ai) and in any other file formats preferred
by the client. Ars Logo Design guarantees the delivery of one vector format
and one web-optimized format. Other formats and sizes can be delivered
for free, upon the client’s request.
ADDITIONAL WORK:
Should client require additional artwork beyond the scope of the ordered
design service package (either concurrently with the logo project or at
a later date), the client will be offered a price list for other corporate
identity or graphic items. Additional work will be done after paying add-on
services in advance.
REGARDING TRADEMARKS
AND SERVICE MARKS: Ars Logo Design
expects the client to perform researching on their company name to be
sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service
mark to protect the client’s legal rights to any name or image. Ars
Logo Design is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action
that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company
name or image.
OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS.
Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property
of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the
image upon payment of all fees. Ars Logo Design retains rights to display
the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts or other
preliminary materials, which are not selected by the client or are not
included into the final delivery.
